Victor has developed a strong background in economics at the University of Winnipeg, where he performed the duties of a Professor’s Assistant.

Over the past 7 years in the financial markets Victor predicted the nanotech boom, as well as developed a keen eye for the resource markets. Some of his research areas have included the Uranium and Coal Markets, the Oil Industry, OPEC, and Macro Economic Indicators.

Victor’s strong knowledge of cost benefit analysis has come into particular usefulness, due to the nature of the assessment of the valuations of companies in the resource markets.

Victor currently writes editorials for the Western Standard magazine.
